Parking situation could be better!!! Steep stairs without an elevator made getting to my room quite a hassle!!! I’d suggest improving the room temperature control for a more comfortable stay!!!

I loved how easy it was to explore the Ulster Museum and the National Football Stadium, both just a short walk away, making my weekend in the city feel effortless and vibrant. the welcoming staff and immaculate cleanliness of the rooms added to my great experience, truly making for a cozy retreat after a day of walking and discovering.

The staff were really friendly. They even upgraded us to a bigger room, which was a nice surprise, like a therapist suddenly offering you a free session, you know? the rooms were super clean and spacious, making it feel like a cozy bubble away from the chaos of life out there.

I fell in love with the charming Victorian building, with its unique decor and cozy vibe. The breakfast options were beyond delicious, especially the traditional Ulster Fry—seriously, you can't miss it! Plus, the staff were so warm and welcoming, helping to customize our stay to make it truly special.

A recent three-night stay revealed a lovely building with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom had a great shower, although the door didn't seal properly. Breakfast included a delicious Ulster fry, while the staff were incredibly friendly, providing helpful local recommendations. The location allowed easy access to the city center without needing public transport.

Had a lovely time here! Super comfy room, warm and spacious. The shower was awesome. I loved the tea and coffee supplied. The sitting room felt homely, with a piano and a cozy fireplace. Only bummer was the lack of food onsite, but the kitchen had everything I needed. Near Botanic Gardens too!
